    Photo of fan and radiator

I recently had to trim about 15mm off my fan because it was just hitting the shroud. This was because we had moved the radiator back about 30mm to allow fitment of the intercooler

A standard setup has plenty of room

Jock do you have pics of the shroud? Is it the stock one?
I have fitted the truck clutch fan to mine which is about 420mm in diameter and need to make a shroud.
Anyones thoughts on making a fibreglass or Kevlar one? Will need to be 2 piece to make it easier to get in and out.
    Cheers

Just for info........ there is a recent thread on this site where the informed consensus says the back end of the shroud should be level with half the fan blade width. Apparently because that fan design sprays a lot of air off the ends of the fan blades, which should be outside the shroud.

    cheers, DL

Taking orders? Did you keep the v8 radiator or go Isuzu County?

V8 radiator with inlet and outlet modded to suit.
But if you are running the standard fixed fan you can use the v8 shroud upside down with some trimming to suit
