Try Triumph Rover Spares in Adelaide they have got everything you need. I am from Alice Springs but was down there last week doing some bargain hunting for my D2 and there was a bloke in there after the same seats as you and they have plenty. cheers JP

How would the legal situation be with adding these after market?

As far as i am aware compliance was only issued for 7 seater D2s where self leveling air suspension was fitted at the rear too.

Had wondered about looking for a set of these for myself but with no SLS on mine I wondered about potential legal problems later.

Cheers

Al

I don't believe SLS is the issue or required by Qld Transport, but a modification plate definitely is.
Without a mod plate, the compliance plate will say 5, and you'd have 7 seats. This can leave you open to fines/defect notice, and would void any insurance ouch.

Wouldn't be a big deal to do this though.
Try British Off Road or Gold City Land Rover spares, they both normally have a stack of D2 wreckers and bits
