D1 for sale - 3 door Rangie wanted

Hi guys and gals,

I have decided to sell my D1 to make way for a Rangie project.

It is an excellent example and I have no hesitation selling it to you. It has heaps of mods to make it capable off road or a sensible daily driver.

here is the link
Used LAND ROVER DISCOVERY Private Seller Cars For Sale - carsales.com.au

if you have or know of a good 3 door Rangie, can you let me know.

thanks in advance

Let me know if you want me to pick it up, I'll only charge the boat trip.............I could handle another week in Tas

I cant think of anything it would need. The suspension is new, front and rear end is tight with no play. The motor does leak a few drops of oil over a period of time, but nothing major. No rust in it, the paint is very good. All in all, it is an excellent example.

If you want more pics, just let me know and I can shoot some over to you.

I reckon its a fair dinkum bargain. I have spent over 6 grand in the last 6 momths on mods like suspension, body lift, winch, bullbar, spotties, snorkel, wheels, tyres, CB, rubber floor coverings, dislocation cones, long travel rear shocks etc etc. If you take all the mods, then you are buying a great truck for less than 3 grand and getting all the modifications which are less than 6 months old

I wasn't sure if the buyer would want all the mods, depends on what they want it for, so the price was negotiable depending on what options they wanted left on the car. Plus, lots of the bits and pieces can be used on the RRC, so again, we can negotiate a price and 'options list' to suit the buyer where I will use the 'left overs' on the RRC.

cheers
