Thumbs up Shameless plug for Roving Mechanical

Hey Guys

Just wanted to let you know that I had Peter Davis from Roving Mechanical at my place this morning to do the oil pump bolt and injector harness.

Peter sure knows his stuff .... reckons he's done about 30 loctite bolts over the years (with plenty of stories to go with 'em)

He answered all my questions about ECU re-maps, chips, plastic dowels, EGR, fuel cleaners, tyres, brakes .....

Spent just over 3 hrs doing both plus he replaced the rear brake pads ... bang on time and as per the quote.

Thanks Peter .... highly recommended.

Cheers

Craig

Just used him again today for an 80000km service on the Td5. All done in 2 hrs and less than half the quoted price of the dealer service centre.

Cheers

Another thumbs up for Pete. Just did some servicing and brake work on my '99 D2 TD5 and coming back in a couple of weeks to sort out the ABS (Which I will endevour to document for the benefit of all D2 owners).

Hi Guys, First met Pete when he was recommended to me by TR Spares to do a pre-purchase inspection on a 95 Range Rover, It looked absolutely stunning and Pete saved me from thousands in hidden repair bills. Shortly afterwards I purchased a Disco '00 D2 V8 with 50K. The Disco now has 160K and he's been servicing it every 10K. He is well priced and honest as I've never had an issue that he did not make me aware of. He won't waste your money either if something is not needed.

I highly recommend him to all Land Rover owners, he has a Disco D2 at home also so they are of special interest to him.
