OK we move on.
whacked in some roller bearings from the US cost a mer $2.99 us.
now we have a rolling base for the draw, made from construction marine ply cost $0 acquired off a building site by a freind
Total cost tally so far $7.00

OK we then painted (Paint $5.00) and sealed all the wields, then riveted ($5.00 ) some masonite sides cost for masonite ($0 )acquired off a furniture company out of there scrap pile
nice finish on the sides yhea. l then added a plate (cost $0 from an old sign from work) to give a little strength to the side I'm going to attach the jack bracket plate to
tct = $17.00

l then added a nice (womboo l think they call it) ply top ($0 from a freinds shed), the frame and top turned out strong enough to hold both my bro and l sitting on top, at a total of about 200kg's I'm pretty impressed with the result thus far
