The compressor wont be good under the wing as will make intercooling difficult. So I have gone for the outrigger under the cab for some protection. I have moved the valve block inside behind the driver seat. Problem I have here is, sticks and other crap that seems to flick up and rip things off
I'm getting there. Spoke to the AIR boys down your way today, They knew you I needed 4 Tee's for manual backup inflation.
We talked about automating my set up, can be done but have suggested I bag the front first and see how it goes
Our concern is more things to get torn off
I was quite surprised they were OK about sourcing the bags out side How ever if we come up with the part numbers they likely can get them cheaper.
Yea said they can source the bags, you know where they get them from? same place, but cheaper, haha, they actually sell airbag mans kits and recommend them

Front airbags are dunlop bags, with airbag man imprinted on them, and their own part number

I'm hoping with enough saddleing and clampin the hoses shouldn't be an issue, the only concern will be the height sensors

New tip when sump changing an Isuzu, don't bother buying a sump gasket, as when you get it, $120 mind you, its for the outside where the metal retainers go, not the inside gasket, lucky the inside one is a big hunk of rubber also and still looks to be good, so will stick it on

Has somebody attacked the counterweights with a drill?

Is that part of the balancing process?

Make some new holes in the top plates, to take countersunk capheads

Paint brackets, dont forget to tack bolts before paint

    Full height

Rough ride height, works well, considering my RR ride height and where the bags sit on the pistons

Full compression, now apparently with weight the bags will roll over the secong half of the piston and lay on the plate underneath, hence it being a larger diameter

Bags sit canted, it doesn't look right, suppose to fine so long as they are parallel at compression, which they are, so hopefully when I stick the motor and box in they'll sit neater and not crush, but roll when compressed

Well curiosity and the worrying thought I'd wasted a ****load of coin on front airbags and getting 3 sets of front plates blown out got the better of me, so I fitted the box, hard work manouvering the thing on your lonesome into the shed with the hoist on a trolley jack then back again then reassembled the rear stuff on the Isuzu and fitted it, so now I'm happy the bags look much betterer with the great lump in Still a little crushed, more weight will help that and its below ideal ride height
