Got our share of series here.
$2500 for Rangie with reco 3.5 and ZF Had it for 2 yrs and done heaps of long trips. Morton Isle etc. The Rangie just needs bigger feet now. To keep up with these new Toymotors and D3's
I've been looking for a 94 LSE but looks like the 89 is in the line of fire.

I'm finding a lot won't touch (or can't ) the Unichip. I can't get hold of the gear to do it at this stage. Unichip won't talk to public I'm not spending $300 P/hr on dyno runs 400km awayas will be making 3 engine size changes 3.9 to 3.5 then to other.

I started the 14cux thread hoping for some leads on Unichip. but......
Not sure what you mean by people have wrong idea I don't care if people say thay are a POS Should see the faces when they out do the rivals.
All I want to do is stick a Blower on it with duel fuel, make run properly. As I said before it has to swim and do remote travel and not strand us.
Don't worry I won't toss the Uni Chip as I have a 4.4P76 2 door Rangie here that crying out for EFI.
I have come across the Haltech and Delco VN loom by chance. As a bloke could not be bothered to work out how to set it up and put a Chiped Delco back in his blown commy.
If I use a commodore fuel and Ignition can be repaired anywhare in Aus.
As Rovercare said if the EFI dies just chuck a points dizzy and coil on,flick to gas and drive away. So would be reliable either way.

Disco and RR are both good....

BUT for the same year in a RR you get a disco for 1/2 that price...

94 RRC Vogue SE..... $7-8k
94 Disco $3-4k

both have same engine, same gearbox, same diffs, same chassis

one is lighter..... and cheaper....

Why.... they forgot to give it style looks and feel.... but as a Bush POS, who cares......
