Thanks JC, I am yet to confirm its a head gasket. There is coolant leaking under the manifold, so would it be possible for some of that coolant to mix with oil in the head giving the slight smear of cream oil under the filler cap?

Rad looks OK so does Dip stick oil. So before I go tearing things apart I like for you to have a look, except I cant drive it to you!

JustinC in hes usual extremely helpful way poped in quickly and had a look. He says its highly unlikely its head gasket, but more the plug and manifold gasket thinggy. So super relieved there. I will drop Rangie off to him Sat afternoon so he can fix next week some time.
