Interior lights

After pulling out a heap of car audio gear, including a rear flip down roof mounted LCD screen, I now have a large hole in my (sagging) hoodlining. Do P38's have a rear centre interior light or just the ones near the doors? If they do exist, does anyone have one sitting around I could purchase off them? In beige? I think I'll have to pull out the whole roof lining at some stage to get it fixed properly as the weight of the screen has caused the actual roof lining shell to sag, as well as the material lifting. Looks real pretty

Unfortunately for you, they just have the side interior lights.

How big is the hole you're left with ?

Big enough to put my fist through... plus a few 50mm x 10mm slots for cable routing.

The LCD had lights hooked up to it as well, so it lit up the car quite well when the doors were open. It seems darker now. I might have to find something that suits and add it in. I like the one I have in my silvia, and there always seems to be a dozen being wrecked at any point in time (mainly due to fully hektik driving skillz) so I might look for one of those.

All the gear went on ebay so it's already sold sorry. The guy is picking it up tonight, so I have to remove the screen it last night as it was the only bit left in the car.

If you're keen for more light, maybe check out some of the Caravan Accessory places for something suitable.
There's usually some nice LED lights on Ebay too.

I mae a centre console for mine that screws into the roof support rails holding the interior shell up. The LCD screen then screws into the console and all is good.

If it has lights in it, is it an Alpine screen? These are worth bucks so dont toss it.
May be interested in the amp too if its Alpine...

It was all pioneer stuff. No amps though. I'll have a look what I can do now it's light, and not raining. Adding something to hold the shell might be a good idea.
