OBD2 location car for EAS???

Hi,
Can anyone tell me where i plug my obd2 into the EAS controller. What i have read says under left front seat but I cannot see it?

P38 96 model.

Up under the dash on the LHS near the tunnel. Look on the closing panel above your passenger's feet.
