LRPV on ebay?

Would this be a good restoration project? looks pretty stuffed.

Says on the registry that only 26 were ever made.

Did they come with canopies?

Am I becoming obsessed?

It's a civilian Series 2A painted in some form of mythical camo.

Stuart doesn't have them all, buyt he does have a lot of them!!!

26 is still a maybe number. recent photos have given us rego numbers not on the lists, but others we thought may be, may not be. So a developing number.

But defenitely just a shooting wagon, and an expensive one at that!

sam read the other one,( the vehs found post)
i think through the connections here and other worthy vehicle spotters , you'll find one.
that one mentioned in bits sounds ok, I guess until you look at it, perhaps you could get someone to go with you, that knows a little more about them.

Don't be put off by it being a total pull down, i was a bit reserved about pulling one apart, but as I was told by some learned ones, they are a mechano set on a larger scale, bolts rivets and panels, aside from the running gear which is straightforward, the top bits are relatively easy to work out,
good luck

here is my first practice pull apart

started off in one piece and pulled it to bits, in 4 hours a good learning curve.

Thanks John - just have this image of getting it back together, but then having a lot of bits and pieces still sitting on the garage floor.

I guess if its already been stripped down however, that half of the work has been done.

Hopefully Steve can put me in touch and I can go and have a look.
