Vehicle names

Apologies if this is thrashing over old ground, but I've tried a forum search and come up with nothing

Now, I have never been one to name my vehicles - I call my 90 'the 90' and my 101 'the 101' - everyone knows what you mean and frankly I have trouble remembering the names of the people that I work with, never mind inanimate objects!

However, I'm aware that Aussie army vehicles often aquired names from the guys that used them and that the name was often prominantly displayed.

I've just about finished making my 101 Australian spec (pics soon!), and I'd like a name for it. I know that 101's were called 'Gun Pigs', which seems like a good name - but Dave Lean (to whom I am eternally grateful for all the detailed pics of his) already has that on his one and I don't want to just copy.

So - anybody know of a good Australian name for a 3 ton lumbering beast? Tempted to name it after my sister in law but that may cause trouble....

When you do post pics it may give us a better idea of what to call it...

And is it a boy or girl..

some have a preference to gender...personally I think all SWB are female and LWB are male...but since it is a 101 some are cute names to reflect there size

DropBear?

Am I missing something?

All good suggestions, but looking for something a bit more Australian - I had thought 'Wombat' - they're large, slow and a nuisance aren't they?
