The ARN for the truck is 113-773 and looking at the photo I would say you are correct about it being a welding unit. the ARN on the trailer is obscured by the tail light, all I can make out is 173-8??.

This gives me a great idea my trailer ...... ...love it .......also mate , the light you have in the top of the pick, do you know where to get them?, my pars have one from his time in the force, been looking every where?cheers
