Im not sure about 6x6 but I believe there was at least one 6x4 which was a unit mod thing for extra weight and tray length... Im not entirely sure of its history it was one of those things I remember from my pre AULRO days in townsville someone had dragged over his dads Scrap book and started asking questions....

one was constructed in australia out of any army 2a lwb, butit was a beast made long after it's army life. I think it was a bloke who goes by dadylonglegs on anotger forum.
