Arrow Track tactical trailer ex-raaf?

G'day All
I'm trying to track (pardon the pun) down an ex-military Track trailer. I believe some of them are ex raaf, they are a later model as such with the same track width as my defender unlike the earlier number 5's. If any one has one they are wanted to move to a good home or can steer me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Lyle

All of them are ex-RAAF, and are made of Aluminium.

Yes, the track width is the same as 110/Defender.

Yeah, gal steel. I got mine from Western Traders in Brisbane who seem to get trailers from auction occasionally. They are not very common so you will need to watch the auctions and check places like Western Traders frequently in the hope you will find one.

Expect to pay anything from $2,500 to just under $4,000 depending on condition and fittings (e.g. with bows and canopy in good nick at auction went for about $3,500 at auction in Townsville some months back).

Compared to some of the crappy trailers sold as 4WD units for around $4,000 they are still good value at those prices.

Oops my bad - I was confusing them with the batch of No. 5s made of Aly for RAAF.

Thanks For the advice guys and Howard you really nailed it. After looking at some pretty crummy trailers that didn't share wheels or track width or anything with my car, or were just made really badly. Still asking big $$$ though. I actually first looked at the number 5 trailer. I want it as a trailer though for getting firewood and carting around other large objects. I don't like the idea of having to cut a tailgate into a nice old trailer so moved on from the number 5 idea... Still could be an option though if I can't find what I'm after.
Cheers guys
Lyle

Put me in line too. I wouldn't mind a Track or a No. 5. I'm in Perth so hopefully not directly competing with the others before me on the thread.
