HI THERE DIGGER (JUST FOR YOU THE CAP LOCKS ARE ON)

From my understanding the very early CR's vehicles they were not all that different to civillians ones.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++
The early Ser2 CR were basically a civilian 88in civilian vehicle they had no black out lights on the front, but they had one that shone on to the rear diff with a very simple switch on the dash board, this switch is still available from the UK the indicator switch was on the dash board but some were reto fitted later in ser life with the one one the steering column
other wise stock standard ser 2
I have a 1958 that I am rebuilding.

Hi there Guys

Well its sort off an update- work has been keeping me away from my pleasures.....

There is still plenty of jobs yet to be done but changed all the suspension last weekend (fitted Iron-man Suspension) - many thanks to the Red & Black chissel (or I would still be there swearing)

I must admit, rust is minimal and fairly straight for it age (1958/1959) - but the big plan the following weekend is to overhaul the whole braking system, I have already replace the flexable brake lines but now want to change all the steel brake lines (not happy, and feel the need to replace them).

It is now drivable.

PS guys - still looking for a rear pinicle hook if anypne can assist?

or even a rear pintle!

I guess you'd be looking for one of the early non-rotating type similar to those on the Austin Champs?
