Hood Frames Supply and Prices

I stumbled across this UK based company selling reproduction Land Rover hood frames.
REMLR members are indicating that original frames are becoming scarce and attracting premium prices. I mention this, as a set of Series 2A 88" hood frames is for sale here in Perth for $400. The set is however, missing one 'over door panel'.
How does the prices asked for original sets and parts compare with the UK supplied frame sets and parts?

Well I know 4WD's in Melbourne ask $500 plus for second hand sets when/if available.
And good luck with getting a response from All Wheel Trim, as we tried to source a hood canvas from them for our S1, and they took an age to respond to emails and get back to us with delivery advice etc. Ended up getting one made in Melb, and a nice bit of kit it is too.

As I said earlier, the time it took for them to return our email enquiry and phone call, made me think they were not really interested. It would be a better bet in my opinion to look at finding someone with pipe bending gear locally and get some sets made. They're not that complicated.
