if it helps I have some running around to do in the next week or two and am happy to provide storage for the tanks prior to them going onto an AULRO or other currier service.
Since someone wants a demo on safely soldering a petrol tank if the tanks wind up here and the bloke still wants to see soldering a tank they might have the pinholes presoldered prior to being passed on. |

Tanks are the same, both left and right. It is only the filler pipes which are different.

G'day All, Numpty is correct, but his description
, there is no difference between R&L fuel tanks i.e. they are all RHS tanks![]() , it is the filler hose thats the rubber bit between the outside filler and the tank, that is the only difference, and that difference is easily overcome (because you can't buy NOS LHS filler tubes LOL) all you need is the RHS one, cut it insert a suitable section of steel/copper tubing n a couple of screw clamps and your in business LOL cheers Dennis![]() ![]() |
