Fully Restored 1961 88" Series II Station Wagon

A friend has just advised me he is selling one of his restored Land Rovers, It is in the markets section. AULRO Classifieds - Multi award winning, 1961 Series II 88" Station Wagon This is a vehicle for someone who wants to enjoy the fellowship of other Land Rover enthusiasts but is not able to commit to the dramas and expense of restoring a vehicle themselves. IT IS NOT THE VEHICLE FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO GO OUT BUSH-BASHING.

Andrew is a perfectionist and there are few others out there in Land Rover world who can present a vehicle as well.

Just the thing to get so you can come along to the All British Day and the Eastern Creek Classic!

That's a very nice looking S11 Diana. Any chance on a ballpark figure on what he's expecting to get for it?

Yes it is a very nice straight vehicle, I watched as he went through all the dramas trying to get all the correct bits for it.

About price, don't know for sure, I wouldn't think any less than $5K-$6K, ring Andrew to find out. He is a car enthusiast and happy to negotiate, you may be pleasantly surprised.

Fairey Overdrive

Hi All,

I've placed an Ad in the Markets - selling a spare Fairey Overdrive. Is taking up room and I could use the cash... It came with my S2A ute as a spare but I've never had it fitted to anything (I have a Toro on the ute).

http://www.aulro.com/afvb/drivetrain...overdrive.html

I'd rather see a fellow Aurolian with it, but if no takers then onto fleabay next week...
