Managed to fit the transfer box and Roverdrive, also got the handbrake fitted after a bit of messing around.
Just have to tidy up the wiring and get the reverse switch working then the seatbase and floors can go in, and the overdrive lever can be adjusted.

A good milestone this week I finally got the game running again fired 2nd turn of the engine, good concidering it hasnt run in over 12 months.
Initially found a fuel line was blocked so this caused a few headachs
Now just need to bleed the clutch and take it for a test drive.

Ok well its been a couple of weeks of messing around and finally the game is looking more like a game
The clutch was one of the worst bits to bleed, hazitaguess about 100 goes but prevaled.
Took it for a quick drive today and the stearing is nice and light, finally and the gearbox feels like it should
Now just to sort the timing out, I sorta left the old timing light at dads, oops so good excuse to get a new one

That is looking fantastic. Worth all the effort and time. You must be proud of what it looks like. Do you have the bullbar to go with it?

Did you see the photos of the three Games together at the All British Day here in Brisbane? We would have had four but unfortunately Killer couldn't get his together in time.

Thanks guys, its getting there Its good therapy sometimes to just potter around doing little bits here and there then see a finished vehicle before you know it.
TimJ I unfortunately dont have a bullbar for it, the only bit I'm now missing so if anyone out there knows of one please drop me a line
I did see the pics, would have loved to have been there to add another.
I used to know of about 8 games up here around Townsville about 5 years ago, but only have been able to find 5 this year, 4 in townsville, one now scrapped and one in cairns (in poor condition)

Will post more pics very soon

Wardy

PS there is a 78 model just down the road from me, ill drop by and find his vehicle details out soon

Just remembered there used to be a game down the road from me when I lived just north of Toowoomba, the fella has owned it since he was 17, its was a bit rough around the edges but still looked solid.

Finally moved properly under its own steam today
Had a crack at the timing, but got this far, needs more adjustment and I kinda got distracted, and the bonus is she thinks the landy is well she likes the colour lol
