    this ones in a paddock-- tried knocking on nearby house door appears no one home so left note on windscreen to find out if they wish to part with al or bits of it...

    as stated owner not yet contacted!

    Hey Digger, how are ya, where abouts in Central QLD did ya see that series 1, I live in Central QLD and I am chasing a windscreen frame for a 1951 model.

    Sorry Old mate, that one wasnt mine! It was spotted by "Alexmassey" (see post before mine!)

    Cheers & good luck with the parts you are looking for, Im not sure how much but I believe that Len at LENS LANDROVERS in SA has some S1 bits he picked up a while ago, he doesnt keep a lot of stock anymore, but is working on an S1 that I know of so may be worth a try? (8260 5511)

    --and to just emphasise I am an occassional customer of lens and hve no interest etc in the business!

    I last saw len about 4 weeks ago so unsure what he has..

    Looks quite early 49 perhaps where abouts in SA? I gather you got no chassis number.

    I see a little bit of light green on the bulkhead.
