    which spare parts ?

    Hi All,

I have a new Defender (2009), any recommodations on what spares to carry.
In the older one's I could at least recognise whats under the bonnet but is getting worse ever time I upgrade to a newer model. In the old models it was easy hoses, fan belts etc and you could fixit on the side of the road. Now looking under the bonnet I wouln't know where to start and would I be able to fix anything. Any way thats enough rambling.
Any Defender drivers what do you guys carry as spares.
    Thanks for any feed back.

By the way I have taken out RACQ Ultra lol
    Regards

Whenever I do a trip away, I contact MR Automotive at Redcliffe (who service my Defender) and they put together a spares kit based on the age of the vehicle and it's kilometres. They charge nothing for this, as long as you pay for anything you use and that the parts are in good condition when returned.

This on top of an extra spare and a couple of tubes will usually suffice.
