Do you mean you replaced the original MSB101193 ECU with the NNN500030 and it doesnt start with it or it worked with it before and it suddenly doesnt start?
also what do you mean "not start"? , no crank or crank but no fire?
I have discovery 2 2000 td5 with ecu nnn500030 not start. i try to make test with x431 but can conect the ecu when i try to read or test the engine.
any way to test and find the problem??
thanks

Try cleaning pins and sockets for BCU and ECU modules and plugs with contact cleaner.
My D2 had been sitting for a while and doing this got it running again.

measure the voltage on the battery while cranking...if it fails under 10V it will hardly start...maybe you just need a strong battery

cos the Td5 is not OBDII compliant

nanocom, hawkeye, lynx, autologic, testbook t4, rovacom, dec superscan, tribox mobile.... and maybe few more just to have dedicated menu for D2
