    Gee... It has gone quiet

    Hi All,

Everyone must be seriously working away on their adaptor shafts. Maybe some are being coy along the lines of 'I'll post pics of mine when you show yours'.

    cheers, DL

I removed the Perentie radiator Sunday and dropped it off for repair today.
    Is that something exciting?

Yeah sorry about that, found out my mum has cancer, I find her a bit more important than my car at the moment.

But on a lighter side, my housing has been repaired and with a little help is getting drawn up in cad, I have a loaner adapter shaft that will do the trick until I get new ones sorted out with hy tuff. Not in a rush to get it going s I have a new Turbo spec engine on its way, which I'll freshen up as well as the gearbox and build a new transcase and intercooler system. Ahh one day I'll get there.

As for others, what are they doing? Seems like they have vanished

I have been to busy reading old posts.
Engine out, fly wheel off, waiting on parts and wondering which other parts to buy.
Still need to work out which radiator to get reconed, what EGT-boost gauges to get and where to put them.
And then I have to find time to go to work to recover. (and get online)
And why oh why when I am on a deadline do I get heaps of visitors wanting to stay the weekend and party?
