I note it has Series 3 door hinges - I wonder what else has been changed. More photos and description (plus wife's reaction!) please.

Here you go!
Comes with a spare engine and box.
Spare panels
Spare roof, the current roof has a fuel tank in it (have a look at the 1st picture)
Spare 1/4 panels complete with lights
And other bits and bobs
Going to have a look at some point tomorrow
The idea is to get it up and running and go from there!
That looks like a real gem there, good work on a great find.
Nathan.
Nice looking project vehicle, judging by the pics it doesn't look to be a lot of work to get it rolling.
How many liters does the "overhead" fuel tank hold?
Creative bit of engineering to set that up!
Cheers, Mick.

Don't know Mick, not collected it yet!
Paid for it and I should be able to organise collection next week, it was a spare of the moment purchase! Didn't wake up this morning with a plan to buy a 1967 Land Rover!
You must have brought her another pair of runners Ian?
Gents,
Is this a series 2 or a series 2a?
When I get the car I'll post the chassis number up but after reading quite a few threads I think its a series 2, could be wrong! I think its a 1967 if that helps.
