New Brews
Put down 3 brews on the weekend, a ginger beer using real ginger and chilly.

Mangrove Jacks Munich Lager
1.5kg of dextrose and light malt
Mini Mash of grain and Cascade hops

AND

Mangrove Jacks Munich Lager
liquid light malt
Liquid rice grain.

Jeepers! That first Munich Lager is going to have some "kick" . ~6%-ish?

No about 10 to 15 days, allowing for 4 days lagering and 1 day to carbonate in the keg
