starter solenoid or a bad connection on the starter
Finally finished the front end, flushed, new oil all very nice.
Won't start. Caravelle won't make it into the back yard for a jump. 110 was off the road - new slave cylinder in today - triumph for me, if anyone remembers my last slave cylinder install. Battery charger is stuffed. Recharged the battery.
Clickety, clickety, squeal. The noise sounds like it's on the firewall, but difficult to hear. Alternator and battery seem to be working, although my fifty year old meter might be reading 15.5v. don't think that's the problem. Other electrickery, such as it is seems to be working fine.
Of course it roll started, wore out the kids, though.
Help.
