Hi There, thanx for part no., I have a mate living in Australia who visits Namibia every second month for business, I would really be obliged if you could post me the website to place an order for this part/parts, when I looked for LR Australia I could only find info on new vehicles, if I had the bucks for a new disco I would'nt be driving an 11 year old disco II !!!

At least on the other hand you don't have to be a rocket scientist to repair ( most ) mechanicals on the GS 2000 model.

Sorry about that - the post is 5 years old and the pics appear to be gone from my website. I'll see if I can locate them.

Hmm, I can't remember my password to get into my site...

It's in a file I lost when I had my HDD failures a few weeks back.

Its just a short section of really thick angle which gets welded in.

The part would have to be purchased from a local LR dealer by your friend.
The part is not specific to Australia though so I'm surprised you can't get one anywhere else.
