It has to be a custom system.
Probably looking at between $550 and $750 at an exhaust shop.
I built a 3" mandrel bend system, (cut and weld) and it was well worth the effort.

LRHYBRID What does the lack of muffler do to a Diesel?? because if I wanted a Ballsy note I would have Kept the Rangie. I haven't had the opportunity to listen to a un muffled diesel in action.
What I hope to achieve is with a bigger Intercooler and a more free flowing exhaust is to scab a few xtra ponies without messing with the EGT and the fuel delivery system, and to re-route the exhaust closer to the chassis and exiting higher through a cut out on the rear right quarter panel as to facilitate improved water crossings .

no muffler means no real back pressure - the turbo itself muffles and holds enough back pressure.

Mine spools up soooo much quicker and lower down torque - auto hardly ever changes down on hills now unless I push it!!!

Here are some pix of mine

too friggin loud without a muffler, and the drone at cruising speed is woefull (and I'm an ex-racer).
Ended up fitting a 300mm long resonator at the back, much, much better and no loss of performance (it's only a perforated straight through glass pack anyway).
