Is it a barrel type ?
What are the dimensions, ie. ID, OD, length ?

FWIW, any good aftermarket paper type will do, eg UK made Coopers.

if your interested i can send you my dirty ''in service'' filter and the new change over elements.
the uni has 2 different layers of foam, both have different coarseness levels.

Hi Phil,

Sorry - haven't seen this thread in a while. Would be happy to. I will let you know when I will be doing some more tests.

However - a german filtration engineer once said to me - they have a saying over there: Schaum ist Scheiss (schaum = foam)

Hi Carlos. I haven't had time to do any more tests - maybe if there was an extra 8 hrs in each day...

The TD5 filter seems quite similar to the Disco Tdi filter??? If so, the results/performance should be similar.

OK, thanks, that looks exactly the same..... here in Colombia I don't have access to Cooper filters for my reference, only MANN.... do you think that's a good brand?. I also have a K&N, but mostly due to cost (here one TD5 air filter costs around USD 15), but after checking your post I'm thinking in going back to paper....
