Lt95 Gearbox Rear Output Oil Catcher #

    All,

I have to replace the seals, etc at the rear output shaft (running to the handbrake) on my LT95. As per attached, the instructions mention an oil catcher (highlighted) but I can find the part number in my manual.

Perhaps someone might know what the number is or where to look so I can add it to my order list?!

While I'm here, any catches to replacing the seals, etc?

    TIA

Provided it is still there, you do not have to replace it. The oil catcher is a steel item that fits over the oil seal, and if there are any leaks, diverts it to the drain hole, away from the handbrake shoes. Give it a clean and replace. Pay attention to decent silicone on the output splines and correct torque on the nut securing the output flange.

Yep like langy said it should be in there and the manual states a felt washer ditch it for a good bead of silicone sealant i do it after the flange is on and squish in enough and then the washer and it should seal it up so no oil comes out
