    The mounting plate is about 6mm plate.
    Not needed forward of the A pillar.
    Maybe able to do with out the spacer, forward of the A pillar.
    Primer on the blue RHS is were bends were made to follow sill lines.
    The middle cut was made with two hacksaw blades and the front one with 3 blades. (check air pressure before welding to spacing RHS), I didn’t, I had to cut it of and re-weld one air tank, then back onto spacer .

    As for, air fittings, top one is for hose fitting and the bottom is for pressure release and water drain.
    If done again I would put in more air fittings.
