    Hi 130man ducks bum is the dump valve. It is usually under the bottom of the air filter box or cylinder. I think bblaze mentioned it because if there is some restriction in the air inlet the air being sucked the wrong way through the dump valve would result in a reverberating noise. Bit like the car farting I suppose!

    Hi Panya, thanks for that.It is puzzling that it only appears to happen on starting from cold. I will keep track of the noise and look at the airbox again on the weekend. Car seems to be performing as normal.Cheers, 130man.

    my td5 130 has also been doing this for some time from cold and only for maybe 10 secs max, have been a bit busy to investigate though. other than that it behaves normally aswell.
