Have fun and drive safely. Dare I suggest you try Scallops' 90kph cruising speed technique. I think my fuel guage actually went UP while we were out with him last week-end. Just make sure you don't wet yourself with excitement when you cross the border into Qld and see the fuel prices....





...Lousy southerners coming up and taking advantage of our 8cpl discount... mutter.. mutter...

We'll I hope dullbird & muddymech have left this morning

I understand their Puma logged an ECM fault and went onto limp mode but it's cleared and hasn't repeated itself.

So all going well I'll post their arrival next Friday afternoon

They are going to melt up here as the build-up is well and truly in progress

we are in longreach...so far so good!!!!

suffered a bad storm last night everything including ourselves got well and truely saturated in the tent. not nice sleeping in a wet tent on a wet matress let me tell you

One very hairy moment we very nearly rolled the car. No joke I thought we were a goner! Shot from one side of the track to the other and as ian tried to correct rear wheel up in the air......I honestly thought that was the end of us and the car.
