That's my Discovery along side Manuel's 90 in the Dubai pictures!
He's really pleased with the twin carrier and I must say I was very impressed too. Both cars are being loaded into a 40ft container in a few weeks for our Indian adventure.....

I fitted a dual carrier and light pole to this nice looking Nara Bronze Limited Edition 90 yesterday. This customer requested colour matched blanking plates for the light holes in the panels and black surrounds for the lights in the new bar. I think this was a good decision for the colour combination of this car as all the trims are black.
As with all my Land Rover customers, the owners of this 90 were a pleasure to meet and chat to about Landy stuff. They're new to Landys and come from an area west of Melbourne, so give them a wave if you see them.
Cheers, Murray

Hey Murray,
Just seen those now. I am very pleased with it. I usually carry two jerry cans. Now just fitted the 2nd spare instead. The build quality couldn't be any better. Did a whole lot of off roading in the last few months. No rattling, no noise. It just sits there. The only thing I had to do was putting stronger springs in. The light is a great addition for camping, just loving it. Was following the thread, shame you don't have more hands. Thinking about a 130 - that one should carry two spares as well...
Hi Manuel,
Good to hear the carrier is working well for you over there. I hear it's going to get a workout in India soon.
A dual carrier for a 130 would be a completely different design because of the overhang of the tub at the back. I have thought about designing a dual carrier for the 130, but just haven't had time to do it yet.

looking for advise for a duel wheel carrier to fit my 2012 defender 90
G'day,
Welcome to the forum.
The dual wheel carrier has been quite popular with Defender 90 owners as it helps to make the most of the limited storage space in the shorter car. The jerry can holder is also a great addition for a 90 as the standard fuel tank is a lot smaller than a 110.
I'll send you my phone number in a PM. You are most welcome to give me a call if you want more info.
Cheers, Murray

My vote goes definitely for the dual wheel carrier from Rijidiji. I have it on my D90 since a year now and doing a lot of off roading with it. Great quality and the whole kit comes complete to mount. No rattling, no fitting issues. Sits very solid. The only thing you might need to consider is upgrading your rear springs. Surely not the cheapest solution but worth every cent.
Below another picture with two wheels installed.

Do you do any sort of carrier for the 130?
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
G'day Lou,
Yeah, I do a single carrier for the 130 , you can see pics of it in the gallery on my website. Gallery
If you're asking about a dual carrier, I'm making up some chassis extension brackets which will hopefully allow the fittment of the 110/90 dual carrier to the 130 (with original tub).
I've had the components for the extensions laser cut, but haven't had time to weld them up yet. I'll post the results on here if I can find a local volunteer with a 130 to fit them up. I'll need to make sure the setup is solid.
Cheers, Murray
