Tombie Now Doing TD6, TDV6, TDV8 chipping.

Hi folks!

In conjunction with Pete from B.A.S - I now provide ECU upgrading for the above engines...

Not as cheap as the TD5 programming because we do it differently!

You get an OBD module sent to you, you get to keep it!
Download the car to the module, send the map to us.
Once downloaded we'll upgrade it and send you a new file.

Place the file onto the unit and upload to your vehicle... Thats it!

EXTRA benefits:
Unit can read and clear engine fault codes
Handy when touring etc..

PLUS:
Change maps at will, just connect the module and upload the map you choose... Std or Tuned...
Great for visits to the dealer!!!! Just return to stock and then reload after you get home!

Click the links in my signature for details.

Interesting - but I'm an electro clutz so I need some clarification! I have a 3.0 D4, and am not really interested in the re-map, but I was contemplating buying a Faultmate FCR to read and clear error messages. However, I was holding off on this as the other thing I'm really keen to be able to do is load some decent maps (Hema, NatMap or some other good topo + detailed road & trax for rural/remote Oz) onto the sat-nav. Not sure if there is yet a single answer to both these needs - but you mentioned both in the one post so I thought I'd at least ask the question!

The interface only reads and clears ECU faults, not BCU etc... Sorry.

As for the Sat-Nav, if you can get the right discs in the format required you *may* be able to upgrade the system, I havent looked into this to be honest.
