| I had a similar experience ,quote for a cargo barrier went to pick it up and told i would have to buy from a retialer, then i could come back and pick it up. Any work i have done now i specify that parts are not come from rovercraft even if it means waitiing or paying extra. Marty |

| I had a chat with them today, and its not all doom and gloom. As far as I can work out, its like this: For parts, its now trade only....which means if you have an ABN, its still ok. For accessories, they still sell to the public. For me, it tends to lead to this behaviour. If I need it right now (emergency), I go to Ritters. They have a good range of new and second hand parts (not cheap...but cheaper than new) If I can wait a bit, I go to Rovacraft. If I can plan far enough in advance, or its an expensive purchase, I go to UK. |
