600m2 of sand

Well, as of 12:35 today I officially own 600m2 of WA, (well the bank does at least!). Hopefully building will start within the next couple of weeks, and should be finished mid Jan 2010 at the latest.

When it's done I'd like to have a WA AULROian house-warming, so everyone can bring their LR's around to bless the area with their various oil leaks

Cheers,

Tim

Let's build a small offroad course on the land while you wait to get everything finalised

Neither does mine.....but I can always throw some oil around the place so I wont feel left out

Congrats on your purchase mate. If there's 2 things that will send you broke, it's a mortgage and a LR

The property is up in Ellenbrook, I'm finally looking forward to some building after 5 months of applications, consents, and other such paperwork! I'm also looking forward to no more rental inspections, and being able to have pets, (dogs), again.

Come on Mike and Sean, Land Rovers that don't leak oil, yeah right Are you sure they are not empty!!

Cheers,

Tim

600m2
My little dogbox is on a 1550m2 block
And like a big shed,it aint big enough. We use almost the whole block, and mostly productively as those here that have visited would agree with.
Better 600m2 of your own than renting thou.
Goodluck for the house building process.
Look at TR transportable homes.
Cheaper than building,it all turns up and gets fitted together.Mates got one and Im real impressed with it.I would go this way in the future if we bought a block.
ENJOY
Andrew

Ellenbrook ...

Tim ... Take heart in the fact that I have most probably already christened your property when it is was all once Bush

And you left out the most important of "Boys Toys" ... The shed to call your own

Mike
