Rather than fun it looks a nightmare of add-ons.

    Even has LED lamps.

Thanks, there's nothing like a bit of encouragement to get someone who might be lurking to come forward.

So I should say that I love to see ex-Military vehicles where someone has drilled lots of holes and fitted a bunch of civilian fittings should I?

It hasn't even got "UN" emblasoned on the white paint, that would at least passify me a little.

Remember I am in the process of reversing the civilianisation of at least 2 ex-military vehicles atm.

I think someone is allowed to do whatever they like to a vehicle once they've paid thier $$$.
Similarly, you can do anything to them too. Otherwise it's double standards.

I have one of the most modified Landies around & one very original. My choice.
I view 101"s as a modified forward control. Just my opinion.

    Modified from what?

They were a unique military design that only borrowed it engine and transmission from the early RRc. They were never sold as a civilian model.

    Yep, I know that.
In my opinion the Range Rover was a modified Land Rover.

And if you say you were only joking, some people thought you were serious and were deeply traumatised.

Some of us prefer the view that the RRC borrowed the engine and transmission from the early 101s.

And I was expecting them to jump down my throat for contemplating such treason, but you'se lot (and the traumatised ones too) were far too polite.
