Looking at the gap between the rear cushion and the seat base, probably atop the first cushion.... Looks great in there!! :)

Was going to have four avatars but it wouldn't allow me to do it! https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/im...014/01/610.jpg

Hi all the mattress lived on the seat and is a bit of a pain. I have removed the backrest on the wall and now the mattress is the backrest when not in use. Still a bit of a pain as it goes higher than the windows.
When the bed is made up there is not much space left, can't access cupboards extra. So if staying in one spot you must unmake the bed every day.
I am looking at modifying maybe a something like a jayco expander type fold down back bed to keep the interior usable while camped. Width is an issue though.
Probably not an option, but Gog my SIIB fc has a double bed in the peak over the driver/passenger.

Sorry its a bit hard to see and has low headroom, but out of the way.
Thanks this has been on our list of maybes, there already is a small bed / shelf over the forward section. Our roof is very low and has no room when down so any mattress would need to be removed before closing. Width is still an issue as it is only 5'8" wide inside. The roof could be modified for extra height and I have seen poptop canvases with a push out side section for extra width.
All in all an easier option than modifying the rear to a fold out bed.
