    VERY nice example of a 101 ambi reworked into a camper, the previous owner spent a lot of time and money on it and the end result is stunning.

    Absolute bargain at the money.

    Excellent! I bet he's frustrated it's not here but excited and crawling the walls at the same time! The big question tho GG... For another toy arriving, does one have to go?? That was the deal with mine... and the only way I could fund it too!!!

    Yep, GG just sold his Mini. Nice unit it was too. Onwards and upwards to (much) bigger and better things.

    Ghost's 101

    Hi All,

    I thought that I might as well start a thread on the new arrival... I don't yet have it in my hands - but it is in the country...

    Some of these photo's have already been posted - but I thought that I would put all of them into the one thread. Here are all of the pictures that I currently have...

    I do not know all of the specifications of the vehicle yet, but I do know:

    * 101 - Ex Ambulance
    * 12V
    * 68,000 Miles
    * 3.5V8 (Petrol & LPG)
    * ZF Auto 4 speed
    * Mallory Dual point distributor and coil
    * Facet redtop fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator
    * Zeus disc conversion on front axle
    * Howling Moon Roof Tent - accessible from inside once up.
    * Side Awning
    * Roof Rack at the front with 2 ammo boxes for storage.
    * Light bar with 4 spot lights
    * Spare wheel mounted on the back
    * 2 Batteries in side locker - starting battery & leisure battery on split charge relay.
    * LPG tank on left - Stainless Steel Petrol tank on right
    * Michelin 255/100 r16 XZL tyres
    * Range Rover A-Bar on Front with spot lights
    * 2 Reverse Lights
    * Rear Mudflaps
    * Fire extinguisher
    * Inverter
    * Reverse Camera and monitor
    * CD radio with USB memory card (I assume I will have to replace this)
    * CB radio (I assume I will have to replace this)

    Enough talk - now for some pics!

    When advertised:

    Some interior - it's a little dark in there!:

    Being inspected:

    That's it for now...

    Obviously when I get it I will take more pictures. I assume that I will need to replace the radio/CB as they probably use UK frequencies and one assumes that these aren't the same as OZ...

    It also came with a range rover power steering box - so can be converted to have power steering in the future...

    Oh and Sitec - I haven't even thoughts about names for it yet...

    Cheers for now.
