Most fuel pins are just about making smoke. Effectively disabling the boost compensator.
If you're running 45psi on the stock single turbo, then measuring drive pressure (exhaust manifold) will show you where all your power is going. I suspect it'll be an exhaust brake. Particularly if you have blocked the wastegate.
Forget the cam, but definitely need a huge intercooler. Compound turbos will be needed to eliminate your bottle-neck.
The next problem is feeding enough air in. Air filters which can actually filter big volumes of air get huge fast.
