Not if it is being shipped door to door - the exception is DHL which add their own charges.
The exception will be if it is actually stopped by Customs then they may levy GST (but not likely if under the old $1000 limit or is flagged for some other reason. While the customs invoice may be forwarded by the shipping company it should be an Customs invoice not one from the shipping company.
