    24v 101 Fuel Gauge Impedance

Does anyone know the impedance (ohm) range of the fuel sender in a 24v 101?

    Thanks

I guess no one knows . Not surprising as I must be about the only one left on the forum with a 24v 101 (must be one of the few with a Aussie 101 rather than those cheap rusted out pommie 101s most seem to be driving these days )

Bump - another go - anyone know?

If anyone is a member of the 101 Club - can you ask for me on the 101 Forum?

    Thanks

It's not detailed in the factory repair manual.

I've got a copy of the manual................. funny that the way I wrote the previous post could be construed as a suggestion.

If all else fails there is this:

CLASSIC CAR universal 2& x22; fuel gauge and sender unit 24v

The same people have RA speedo drives for 40 ish quid, which is pretty cheap.

Thanks - was just trying to not have to pull the sender out and actually measure it then just buy a gauge to match. Was hoping someone had the answer.

    Cheers

All the old Smiths senders seem to be 20 ohms full and 220 or 240 ohms empty.

Dunno how that works with 24V though.

    To tie this up - the 24v sender is 0 - 380ohms.

    Cheers
