Hilux is around 920/940kg in dual cab and the Silverado 2500 is 975kg with some as low as 875kg. The biggest 3500 model with the dual wheels is 2200kg.

The Silverado is no doubt, a very large machine, it is expensive, & obviously beyond the reach of most. But of course "most" would not have the need for a machine such as this.
However, it is extremely well equipped, and for those who do have a business "use", or can afford, such a "machine", the relevant tax "allowances" would certainly enhance its attraction.
