A little bird told me to expect GAZ single & Dual cabs coming soon, pending ADR certification.
expected AUD 90K, about 60K cheaper than the new 2021 Iveco Daily IFS POS
Im loving the 12.00x18 tyres & CTIS
from facebook
gets along great at 90-95 and about 700 nm of torque but with a bit of a tweek should be about 850. Parabolic on the front and giant leaf pack on the rear. 1200 x 18 tires. It looks good inside.
two range transfer case, two lockers PTO truck is 24 volt but cab is 12 volt. Suspension seat.
AAV are bringing them in. (Brendale)
That is actually extremely interesting. I want to know more about the suspension. I'm looking at OKAs, as they are incredible on corrugations, but if that came close... A new OKA is much more to buy, but they also have an optional CTIS.

The Daily 4x4 is amazing on corrugations , at whatever speed you like , but you need to modify the diff lock system as the CDL disengages and switches ABS back on at 70kmh . One of the first things I did was to disable that 'feature' . Italians made the assumption if your doing over 70 your back on a sealed road.
If I go ahead & buy the GAZ I'll need to unload my Daily which is probably the best sorted unit in the country. Certainly got the best brakes which is their major failing.
Power and torque are nothing to write home about, how is the reliability on these ruskie machines?
