The beeping you hear on start up may be a low coolant alarm from a probe in the header tank. It beeps on startup to let you know its working then goes silent, until all the fluid leaks out !.

    Hi Andy

I think the heater has been covered.. but yes.. it moves from the very top down to the bottom on the left with the bottom 2/3 clicks being when the fan is on. mines pretty easy to move.

The RH side levers as you know are for heat, inner one full to bottom for max heat. the outer one for screen, feet, screen & Feet

ABS does stay on until you get to 8kmh i worried about it to start with but john told me it was normal.

as for the temps... i'd be looking at the thermostat, mine runs around the 90-92 even up to just over 100deg when pushing hard up long hills.. althought to be fair the last time i checked that was on a 40deg day. Mine does take a long while to heat up tho. around the 8km mark.

If your around the wangara area again give me a call and you can have a comparo with anything you dont think is right! at least you have the salisbry diff too tho!

    Has ABS/TC Steve.
Did you monitor coolant levels before the ECU upgrade???
Mine went thru the roof In the D2 and so did Aaron40s when I upgraded/tuned his.
You are getting increased levels like I got in both D2s after the upgrades.
