I'm new to the forum as I am looking at taking a novated lease on a Defender 110 5 seat wagon. I've also been having some issues around this as my employer won't allow me to lease a vehicle with a greater than 1 tonne payload and they are claiming 1078kg.

As this would be my daily driver to work (from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane) as well as my weekend escape, can anyone let me know whether there are any reliability issues to be aware of with the current 2011 2.4.

    Many thanks
I'm the same, all they did was winge about the 1 tonne payload.Get the dealer to add a bulbar, towbar and dual batteries and write on an official letterhead that the payload is now under a tonne. Pat

    Thanks all,

Juddy - good to hear from you as I am also dealing with Remserve so it sounds like I can use previous examples to get it through.

    Regards
