Trust me, it is doing my head in! Especially when you speak to people knowing they've got the info you want on a screen in front of them! Spoke to the guy at ULR again today and he said he had left a message in the owners phone saying 'someone wants to speak to you about your car'. Didn't mention which car or why but he hasn't called back. Maybe he's busy stripping the old girl!!![emoji15][emoji31][emoji15][emoji31]

So I've gotten lucky of late and (don't ask me how but i had to pull a lot of strings!) I have gotten some really useful info off of Vicroads. So here it is,

1) Current owner has had the car since the 13/08/99
2) Current owner purchased the vehicle from Tiny Town Prestige Vehicles on Nepean hwy Greenvale.
3) Current owner installed lpg on 20/04/2000 at Bayswater Fleet Maintenence pty ltd
4) Rego was changed from CTI 060 to MI 110 (my 110) at some stage (date unknown.
5) Rego was changed again on 15/06/15 to 1EU4MG
6) Rego was allowed to lapse and was cancelled on 15/07/16

So as you can see this is all a big help. Obviously my first job tomorrow (only opened the letter from vicroads this evening) is to ring the two business mentioned (they both still exist) and see if they have any records, but armed with the new rego's i thought i would put it out there again as MI 110 is a fairly rememberable rego and obviously owned by a Land Rover enthusiast. Please spread the word far and wide and help me bring the old girl home!
