Went for a quick drive and the rear feels much better than before, i am sure the shocks have help out heaps

Cheers,
Kelvin, I did some numbers on that spring and it comes up at 345-350lb/in.
I ran it through an online calculator and it came up with the same rate.
330lb(Australian delivered Tdi's and TD5's up to around '02. 130's have these plus a 140lb inner)
i have just received some Kings KRFR-03HD's for the front, why dont they states the friggin ilbs on the box![]()
No one except Les Richmond advertise what rate they use, but I'm pretty sure King's will tell if you ask.
I have a funny feeling they are pretty stiff, up around 280lb, but I could be wrong too.
Stock HD front springs up to '02 are 225lb/in, 110's with the load leveller in the rear are much softer all round.
Yep your right Rick,
had a set of the krfr o3 hds and sent them back as they were to hard, maybe if i had a winch etc with the extra weight they'd be ok but not for standard, ended getting a softer and taller spring, around 40mm higher, happy with them but have to change castor bushes and kings made up new rear springs to suit, sit up beautifully now.
Cheers
